Glencore published newly a number of sustainability-related publications. These documents review company´s activities and performance during 2016 and provide detailed data on traditional and new key sustainability indicators. They have been produced to meet the varying information requests and stakeholder queries that Glencore regularly receive.

In addition, it includes a selection of commodity-specific case studies to demonstrate how our approach to managing these material topics is implemented on-the-ground.
The report is available as both a full report, providing detailed content on our performance during the year and our approach to sustainability, and as a highlights booklet, which provides a succinct overview of our progress during 2016. There is also an accompanying databook.
Glencores Approach to Sustainability – this document sets out our approach to working sustainably. It explains company´s full thinking on sustainability, from the underlying principles and values upon which we base all Glencores activities, to the details of the company´s approach and the issues that affect its operations. It includes content on Glencores policies, systems and procedures.
Climate change considerations for our business 2017 – the Glencores second annual report on how the company addresses climate-related considerations provides an update on their progress on meeting the commitments of the Aiming for A resolution, passed at company´s 2016 annual general meeting.
In addition, this report considers the impact of existing national policy commitments on Glencores business and an analysis of each of company´s commodity businesses’ resilience against existing policy scenarios.

Modern Slavery Statement 2016 – Glencores first Modern Slavery Statement reflects company´s commitment to play a role in preventing the occurrence of Modern Slavery and human trafficking. This annual statement sets out Glencore’s approach and the steps taken for the prevention of Modern Slavery in company´s organisation and supply chain.
