Miner secures funds for Romanian gold, copper investment

Canadian miner Euro Sun Mining has re-ported it entered into a C$3.5 million (US$2.8 million) convertible se-curity funding agreement with Lind Global Fund II, an investment en-tity that is managed by The Lind Partners. The company plans to use the secured funds to further advance its investment in the Rovina Valley gold and copper project in Romania.

 

The miner is currently completing the final draft of the urban zoning plan for the Rovina Valley project, and intends to file it with the Hunedoara county council in the coming weeks, according to the in-formation obtained by local news site Seenews.com.

 

Euro Sun Mining says the Rovina Valley project is a strategic critical metal asset that contains some 7 million oz of gold and 1.4 billion lbs of copper measured and indicated.
