Canadian gold miner buys African gold project

Takeover in West Africa Canada’s Cache Exploration Inc. has an-nounced its acquisition of a 100% mineral interest in a gold project located in Mali.

 

The Canadian business purchased the stake in the Kokoyon property from a private vendor, Rachid Mogabgab, the Vancouver-based com-pany said in a statement.

 

"We are very excited to acquire this high grade Mali Gold project. The company plans to explore the high grade gold samples on the prop-erty immediately after approval of this project," said Jack Bal, the chief executive of Cache Exploration, as quoted in the statement.
