Keliber Oy's Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 6, 2019 appointed Mr. Mika Seitovirta (M.Sc. Econ) as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Seitovirta has extensive international experience in managing global companies. He has previously served as CEO of Outokumpu Oyj, Glaston Corporation and Hartwall / Scottish & Newcastle, among others. Currently, Seitovirta works as an advisor and a Board professional in Finland and internationally.
