Canadian miner to invest in Ethiopian gold, silver, copper project

New African investments Canadian miner East Africa Metals has submitted two mining licence applications for the companys Da Tambuk and Mato Bula gold deposits within its Adyabo project in Ethiopia.

 

Da Tambuk contains 112,000 ounces of gold and 59,000 ounces of silver, while Mato Bula comprises 278,000 ounces of gold, 14 million pounds of copper and 70,000 ounces of silver, according to the company.

 

East Africa Metals says it a Vancouver-based, mineral exploration company focused on advanced exploration projects in Africa. Its shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) Venture Exchange.
