Arizona Gold and Golden Predator Mining have an-nounced their shareholders overwhelmingly approved the plan to combine the two companies into a single entity, Sabre Gold mines.

“Golden Predator is advancing the past-producing Brewery Creek mine towards a timely resumption of mining activities in Canada’s Yu-kon. The project has established resources grading over 1.0 g/t gold and both a technical report and Bankable Feasibility Study underway to define the economics of a restart of heap leach operations at the Brewery Creek mine,” Canada’s Golden Predator said in a statement.

Arizona Gold, which previously operated under the name of Kerr Mines, is a U.S. gold producer focused on the restart of production at its past-producing Copperstone gold project located in Arizona.

“The Copperstone mine project demonstrates significant upside ex-ploration potential that has yet to be drilled within a 50 km2 land pack-age that includes past production of over 500,000 oz gold by way of an open-pit operation,” the statement said.
